My Colleagues Made Me Give It a Name!

Frankly, I was hesitant to name this approach especially with my own name. It was only the constant harping by a number of my colleagues that made me consent to the use of my name. So, I have plunged ahead writing about and teaching this system to others while concurrently applying it to my patients.

Works to Elevate Standards of Care

Martin Method dentistry is often far more difficult challenge to the dentist. It is picky. It strives to always find ways to improve. It never ’rests on it’s laurels’. It is, by design, working to elevate standards of care. The constant questions we ask of ourselves are: How can we do it better, faster, easier, and more comfortably? How can we make our results even more beautiful and longer lasting? How can we improve the experience of our patients to make it friendlier, gentler, and even more enjoyable? We get answers, apply them and continue asking. We’ll never stop asking.

It is not perfect…even Mother Nature doesn’t do such a good job for some people. But it is a very, very good, unified system that strives for excellence.

As a result, we have patients who have searched us out from all corners of the globe including South Africa, Russia, France, Ireland and England. They have come from different regions of Virginia-Charlottesville, Blacksburg, Tidewater and the area known as Southside Virginia. They come from other states-including Maryland, North Carolina, Georgia, Pennsylvania, even Alaska. Frankly, we aren’t quite sure how people find us sometimes, but we are glad to have patients who want “our brand” of dentistry and all it has to offer.
